• Never! You always have access to our latest pricing. We research and roll out pricing updates approximately every quarter so you always have the latest pricing when creating your estimates.
• What form of payments do you accept?
• We accept most major credit cards through PayPal or Authorize.net. PayPal offers our customers industry leading protection and accepts multiple forms of payment. Plus, by using PayPal, we don't collect any of your financial information.

• As long as you are subscribed, you have access to your estimates. We will archive your estimates after 2 years.
• Why do you lock the zip code after I start my estimate?
• We provide your pricing database for each of your projects based on your zipcode so at the start of each of your estimates, we pull the correct data so you start with the correct pricing.
• Can I change Bluebook descriptions?
• Yes! You can change everything in our line items to make it your own or use ours as it is.
• What makes up a Bluebook line item price, can I edit the price?
• Each line item in the Bluebook database is comprised of labor, equipment and material costs per unit. You can change any aspect of the price and also have the ability to add tax, profit and overhead to any component.
• Are my custom libraries and line items available on different devices?
• Yes! We save your custom libraries and line items in the cloud meaning that they are always available whenever you log in.
• Can I really use my phone to create an estimate?
• Yes! We have programmed our system to make it possible for you to create a full estimate on your phone. And the experience is great. You should try it.
